Guide: how to get a rare rebirth and live a longer life
Everything the game does is on this page: how rarity works, which draw gives you the best shot at a rare animal, what each choice changes, and how to share a result or compare with a friend.
Rarity tiers
Rarity comes from your odds when every animal is in the draw, whichever draw you picked. So a panda is legendary even if you got it from the mammals-and-birds draw.
Which draw to pick
Any animal
The true odds. About three draws in four are a copepod and most of the rest are nematodes. Anything epic or legendary is a genuine long shot: worth a screenshot.
Mammals and birds only
The best draw for rare animals. Birds and bats come up about one time in three, a human about 1 in 21, a cow about 1 in 112, a dog about 1 in 187. Elephants, whales and pandas stay very rare.
Human only
You are always human; the country is drawn by real births, so India, China and Nigeria come up most. Lifespan, school and internet follow that countryโs data.
The choices: which option keeps you alive longer
Most animals get one choice. It does not change what you are, but it multiplies the danger of every stage after it. The table shows the option that lowers it. Taking the risky one can still give a longer life: each stage is a roll of the dice.
| Animal | The choice | Safer option | Later danger |
|---|---|---|---|
| ๐ฆ Copepod | The water above is full of food, and of fish. | Stay deep and safe | ร0.7 / ร1.4 |

| ๐ชฒ Insect | You can grow on, or play it safe. | Stay hidden | ร0.8 / ร1.3 |
| ๐ Ant | The scent trail goes left. Something new smells sweet to the right. | Follow the trail | ร0.8 / ร1.5 |
| ๐ฆ Antarctic krill | The swarm is thick and the light is coming up. | Stay in the swarm | ร0.8 / ร1.4 |
| ๐ Honey bee | A wasp lands at the entrance. | Let the others handle it | ร0.9 / ร1.3 |
| ๐ Fish | The food is near the surface, and so are the hunters. | Stay in the dark | ร0.7 / ร1.4 |
| ๐ฆ Wild bird | Winter is coming. | Stay for the winter | ร1 / ร1.2 |
| ๐ฆ Bat | It is getting cold and insects are scarce. | Hibernate in the cave | ร0.9 / ร1.2 |
| ๐ญ Wild rodent | Where do you make your home? | Close to people | ร0.9 / ร1.3 |
| ๐ค House sparrow | The flock is moving to a new hedge. | Go with the flock | ร0.9 / ร1.2 |

| ๐ Elephant | The waterhole is dry. | Follow the matriarch to a far river | ร0.8 / ร1.2 |
| ๐ Blue whale | Your mother heads for the feeding grounds. | Follow her the whole way | about the same |
| ๐ผ Giant panda | It is time to live alone. | Find a quiet valley | ร0.9 / ร1.1 |

How a life ends
A life can end at any stage, as most real small animals die young: a copepod usually lasts days, an ant months, a whale or an elephant decades. Reaching the last stage gives the natural end. Skip to the end if you only want the card; your choices are then picked for you.
Sharing and comparing
- The card comes in four sizes: 4:5 for feeds, 9:16 for stories, wide for links and square. Pick one before you save.
- Every result has its own link. Anyone who opens it sees your life, not a new one.
- Tap โCompare with a friendโ to send a link that starts their draw and shows both lives side by side.
- Your collection of animals is kept in this browser. Try to fill all 18.
